Message from the Vicar:

With the start of another national lockdown, an increase in COVID cases in the local area and mounting pressure on the NHS, the church council has, with heavy hearts, decided that we cannot, for the time being, hold public worship in our church building.

The church, however, does continue. We will continue to pray, to help those in need when we can and keep in touch with each other. We will also continue to worship together.

Therefore, this Sunday, 10th January, at 10 am, there will be online morning worship using Zoom, as we celebrate the Baptism of Christ. Not being in the church building means we can sing (if we want to) and you won’t need to book a place or wear a face covering (unless you want to!)

With the start of the new national lockdown,

the Church of the Good Shepherd will not be open

during the daytime as normal.

Donations for our Foodbank can be left in the porch of

the Vicarage (24 Maidstone Road)

We are currently experiencing technical issues with our website.
